This is an IRC logger idling on OFTC, Libera.Chat, and irc.runxiyu.org networks as Logger or Logger`, logging select channels. Viewer: here.
It's running ircjournal for the frontend and weelogger for the actual bot.
Chat logs older than May 2025 can be found in oldirclogs.dersco.re.
If your channel is on Libera.Chat, OFTC, or irc.runxiyu.org you may request logging by pinging me (f_) in any of these networks (new networks can be considered). If you are not the channel's owner you need to provide proof that the owner wants the logging to be set up. Note that I reserve the right to refuse to log your channel. :)
After the logger is setup for your channel, make sure to mention it in your channel's topic! This is to let users know their conversations are logged and publicly available, and also to point them to the logs (because after all, what's the goal of setting up logs if no one knows where to find them 🙃).
This is also required on Libera.Chat as per their network policies.
